Poster Submission

All posters must be submitted in advance of the meeting

Submission Guidelines:

All posters will be uploaded to Gather Town by the meeting organizers.

Posters should be submitted in .png, .jpg, or .webp format. Do not upload a Powerpoint file!

The poster must be at least 1000px for the width (26.46 cm) and at least 600px for the height (13.23 cm)

The maximum file size is 3MB

Recommend using a typical 4:3 (W:H) poster layout (Any poster, as long as it isn't too small, will scale to fit- don't stress too much about your sizes). The poster in the tutorial is originally 3ft x 4ft, title font 48, authors 32, main text 27 for reference.

Please include the title and author listing on the abstract document you will upload! This is to ensure that your abstract can be readily identified in the program.
